Down 700 metres / Up 180 metres

Day Two:

Col du Chardonnet (3323 m), Fenêtre de Saleina (3267 m) Col des Ecandies (2796 m), 
Val d'Arpette, night in Champex Village.
Up 750 metres / Down 1850 metres
Day Three:

Taxi to Verbier, Monfort cable car, Rosa Blanche ascent (3336 m) Prafleuri mountain house (2624 m)
Up 800 metres / Down 1850 metres
Day Four:

Lac des Dix and Dix mountain house (2928 m) & optional: La Huette (3548 m) or Col de Cheilon (3243 m)
Up 700 metres / Down 400 metres (minimum)
Day Five:

Pigne d'Arolla ascent (3796 m), Vignettes mountain house (3160 m)

Up 900 metres / Down 650 metres
Day Six:

Col de l'Evêque (3392 m), Col du Mont Brulé (3213 m),Col de Valpelline (3568 ), ZERMATT (1606 m)
Return to CHAMONIX by train or bus

Up 1250 metres / Down 2650 metres
